Chard for breakfast? No problem!

I'm watching Meredith do day 1 of p90x and eating meat sauce, chard and half a japanese sweet potato.

I had bootcamp at 5 a.m., and this back and chest workout seems like a bad idea for my wrists.  My injury is not happy after all the push-ups this morning.

Three mins until the abs portion,  gotta go.
