Day 2 of 28-day challenge

Unless I eat something between now and the end of our viewing of "Fast Food Nation," I got another perfect day for the books, eating-wise. I was working today and didn't keep the food diary too well, but I think I can remember. lemon water 10 or so cherries a peach left over beef and salad greens Cinnamon tea dinner was a delicious blend of veggies and cappella market's house-made artichoke, chicken sausage. I sliced 5 carrots and put them in the pan dry, placed lid on and steam formed. Added a whole small, yellow, local onion after a bit, and once those started to get tender added the sausage. Toward the end I chopped 6 cloves of garlic and added a couple cups of sliced cabbage. I removed the sausage and cut into pieces, then returned it and its juices to the veggie mix. I put about a cup of salad greens on each plate, put the sausage and veggies on top of that, and finished with a live garlic saurkraut. So yummy. 1/2 decaf americano at work, 12 oz I was better about water today, but I didn't get an exact count. Walnuts here and there throughout the day. Took before photos and measurements. Did not get any exercise. Left arm 10.25 Right arm 10.25 Waist at belly button 29.5 fullest part of hips 37.5 part right above it 35 fullest part of bust 32.25 rib cage below breast 29 right thigh 22.5 left thigh 22 These measurements are to try and see if there is any change. I am not focused on losing weight. This is an experiment in clean eating.
