Day 1 of 28-day challenge
1 cup lemon juice water
a couple pieces honeydew melon
hot cinnamon sunset tea
two eggs with salad greens, cabbage, garlic
2 cups beef, cabbage, carrot, chard, onion stir-fry
virgin vodka collins at the barn light
handful almonds
Today is the first day of the challenge and I had no food violations. I did not eat enough, but I did go to the grocery store to be more ready for the days to come. I didn't do any exercise, but I did pamper myself by getting my nails done.
I definitely need to work on hydration. I could catch up tonight but I'd probably get water poisoning.
Got enough sleep last night at the expense of attending fitness class.

Sounds like a great start to the challenge. I love that there is a self care component. Oh and lemon water is my fave, especially first thing in the morning to allow it to cleanse the liver and flush out toxins. I want to try beef and cabbage!
